A 50/50 filter blend made up of peaberry beans from Fazenda Sao Silvestre in Serra do Salitre,Brazil and a mixed varietal from the Gethumbwini estate in Kenya’s Aberdare mountain range. Perfect for all filter brewers, the blend offers a very clean, balanced cup with a delicate sweetness from the peaberries coupled with trademark Kenyan blackcurrant and grapefruit acitidty from the Gethumbwini.
